Leon Panetta, in his confirmation hearing today to become the head of the CIA has said that there will be no Extraordinary Rendition under President Obama. Innocent Convict (Dead) Might Finally be Exonerated *Update

Timothy Cole of Texas did not rape the woman that he was accused of raping. Because he did not commit the crime, he refused to admit to it, even when a plea bargain would have saved him prison time by putting him on probation. (more...)... more.
